Age Requirement: The primary driver must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid, original Driving License (LMV category).
Required Identification: You must Submit your original physical Driving License along with an official government identity proof (Aadhaar Card or Passport) during vehicle delivery.
International Visitors: Foreign nationals must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their original domestic driving license and Passport.
Authorized Drivers: Only the verified individual whose documents are submitted during pickup is authorized to drive the vehicle.

Advance Booking: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the initial booking amount.
Refundable Security Deposit: A security deposit ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹5,000 (depending on vehicle segment) is collected upon handover.
Deposit Refund: The deposit is refunded immediately upon vehicle return, subject to inspection for damages, traffic fines, and fuel levels.
Accepted Payment Modes: We accept digital payments (UPI, Net Banking) and cash.

Mopa & Dabolim Airport Pickup: For Car Rental in Goa Mopa Airport (GOX) and Dabolim Airport (GOI), our representative meets you directly at the airport Parking area.
Inspection Protocol: Renters are required to perform a joint visual inspection and record a 360-degree video/photo walkaround of the vehicle before taking delivery.
Return Timings: Vehicles must be returned at the pre-agreed location and time. Late returns beyond 30 minutes without prior extension approval may incur hourly delay charges.

Fuel Policy: We operate on a Like-for-Like (Same-to-Same) fuel policy. Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same amount.
No Excess Fuel Refund: Unused or extra fuel left in the tank upon return is non-refundable. Refill costs plus service charges apply if returned with less fuel.
Territorial Limits: All vehicles carry valid commercial (GA series) permits for unrestricted travel strictly within the state of Goa. Crossing state borders into Maharashtra or Karnataka without prior written permission is illegal.

Traffic Fines: Electronic traffic challans, speed camera penalties, or parking fines incurred during the active rental period are the financial responsibility of the renter.
Minor Body Damage: Scratches, dents, or interior stains occurring during the rental period will be assessed, and repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Major Accidents: In the event of an accident or breakdown, contact Right Car Rental immediately. Do not attempt unauthorized local repairs. Insurance claims are subject to standard IRDAI guidelines and police verification (FIR).
